CEO Heather Jackson has been involved in this business issue for over a decade delivering significant initiatives to not only raise the issue of better balance, diversity and inclusion but, more importantly, to create tools and programmes to ensure deliverability of sustainable solutions to the issue.
In this time, through her former organisation, An Inspirational Journey;
- Over 150 globally recognised organisations supported on the subject of balanced business.
- 5000 women were developed through unique talent programmes

THE PEARLS PROGRAMME
An external programme that over 6 years, has united and supported female talent in middle management to realise their potential.
This was the only business-led programme that was designed to deliver what women need and companies want to support, guide and inspire more women from middle through to senior management. Over 5,000 women from 120 globally recognised companies representing over 20 sectors of business have been through the Pearls Programme and have reached out and supported over 10,000 more male and female aspiring leaders by sharing their learning’s through mentoring.

TWO PERCENT CLUB
Over 700 of the most senior female business leaders representing some 594 companies were members of the network, a national organisation with regional reach and clubs.
All members pledged to ‘Lift as you Climb’ to positively impact gender balance from the top.
